EKSI GLOBAL has completed its Phase I support role in a USD 100 million U.S. Army tender opportunity in Türkiye under a MATOC structure.
The tender process brought together a major U.S. contractor and a Turkish company under a joint venture framework. EKSI GLOBAL acted as an intermediary between the parties, supporting coordination and submission readiness during the qualification phase.
Its scope included preparing and organizing the required documentation, strengthening the shared commercial and technical language of the submission, and helping align both parties under a common bid structure.
Following the completion of the first phase, the project is now awaiting further notice for Phase II.
