EKSI GLOBAL has supported the first phase of a major textile manufacturing investment by a Turkish company in North Carolina, forming part of a broader USD 86 million expansion program in the United States.
During the initial USD 11 million phase, EKSI GLOBAL provided tender management, design management, quality assurance strategy development, and scheduling/site planningservices for the construction and renovation of factory buildings.
In parallel with project delivery support, EKSI GLOBAL also contributed to discussions regarding construction financing and lease-to-own options with relevant stakeholders, helping shape the project’s broader investment framework.
This milestone reflects EKSI GLOBAL’s growing role in cross-border industrial expansion and investment advisory.
