EKSI GLOBAL acted as an intermediary for a USD 100 million U.S. Army tender opportunity in Türkiye under a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) structure. The project involved a joint venture between a major U.S. contractor with extensive global financial relationships and a Turkish company. During Phase I, EKSI GLOBAL supported the partnership by preparing and coordinating the required qualification documents, aligning submission content, and refining the common technical and commercial language used by both parties. The first phase has been completed, and Phase II is pending further notice.
