EKSI GLOBAL provided tender management and project advisory services for a Turkish textile manufacturer undertaking an USD 86 million investment in North Carolina. The development consists of four phases covering the construction, renovation, and expansion of factory buildings to support the client’s manufacturing growth in the U.S. During the USD 11 million first phase, EKSI GLOBAL managed the tender process, supported design coordination, quality assurance strategies, and scheduling/site planning, while also facilitating discussions with relevant stakeholders regarding construction loan and lease-to-own options.
